Team members
Ben – great friend and fellow partner in crime in the constant search for the true adventure race. Ben and I can be found on aNewTri.com where we write about our training, racing and search for the ultimate ride.
Manne – friend and web technology guru. Also gave me my first job! Manne lives in London and (far too infrequent) we enjoy trying out different restuarants together. Manne has a food blog, Tummytumble, and you find him in Twitter as @manne. Lives under the motto that integration and mashups of social services are kings and queens of the Internet, and I have heard that he had been able to connect his toothbrush to Twitter so that it automatically updates his status when he is brushing his teeth!
Vicky – demon swimming coach. Vicki saw my first (pathetic) attempts at swimming in April 2007. Being a fantastic swimmer (has held the Greak record on some distances) I can only imagine what she thought that first time! Now I enjoy (?) a couple of sessions per week and have found a good friend and we have great fun in the pool. You find Vicky’s swimming school here.
Mo – friend and running inspiration. A couple of issues ago Runner’s World wrote about running naked. Being Swedish I thought I knew what it meant, but it turned out to be about finding the core in running, and not rely on heart rate monitors, iPods and other Gadgets. A world class athlete in his younger years (1min 51sec on 800 metres!), it was Mo who opened my eyes to this style of running.
Matte – friend and the best graphic designer for the web there is. Period. Also the laziest though *smile*. Matte helped Manne and I to design this site and although long time ago now, I have never worked with a better designer.
