You can help!

Last year many of you helped me to get through the dark times during the Namibian Ultra race. I read and re-read your notes of support, and it made me stronger. At one point, after 80km into the race, I was lying on my back, absolutely exhausted, thinking about the next 40km I would have to cover. But I had a grin on my face, because I knew that so many of you supported me. Reading these notes helped me immensely.
